Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.
Refund Process:

Once your request is received, we will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions:

Returns or refunds are not accepted for opened or used products.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Changes:

We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Novawell24@yahoo.com.
